Staff Security Engineer (AI Platform)

📋 Description

• Own AI platform posture end-to-end: roadmap, governance, cost, tooling, security.
• Monitor AI roadmaps and vendor updates to anticipate platform changes.
• Translate upcoming features into proactive config, policy, and enablement.
• Maintain admin relations with Claude and OpenAI; flag policy updates early.
• Own AI platform governance and configuration across environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in security/IT engineering or DevOps with security focus.
• Hands-on DevOps: Git-based config, CI/CD, and IaC mindset.
• Direct, enterprise admin experience with Claude and/or ChatGPT.
• Knowledge of AI risks: prompt injection, data leakage, incident response.
• Proficient in Python and/or TypeScript; build dashboards and tooling.
• GCP and cloud-native env; SSO/SCIM provisioning (Okta or similar).
