Staff Security Engineer (AI Platform)

📋 Description

• Stay ahead of the roadmap for AI platform changes
• Monitor Claude and ChatGPT roadmaps and vendor updates
• Translate features into proactive config, policy, enablement
• Own AI platform administration and governance
• Build MCP servers and agentic tooling
• Harden AI security posture and incident readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in security engineering or DevOps with security focus
• Hands-on DevOps: Git-based config, CI/CD, IaC
• Admin Claude and/or ChatGPT at org level
• Knowledge of AI risk factors: prompt injection, data leakage
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript for dashboards
• Experience with GCP and cloud-native environments
• Familiarity with SSO/SCIM provisioning in SaaS environments
• Strong written communication; translate AI platform changes
