Staff Security Engineer, Enterprise Security

📋 Description

• Define and champion Aurora's enterprise security architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Develop enterprise security reference architectures, patterns, and standards.
• Translate security strategy and governance into scalable architecture guidance.
• Partner with GRC and IT to operationalize security policies into practical architectures.
• Support architecture review boards and strategic planning to ensure alignment.
• Architect secure solutions for workforce platforms using Zero Trust.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in information security, enterprise architecture, or related leadership.
• 5+ years designing enterprise-scale security architectures across endpoints, networks, infrastructure.
• Proven ability to translate governance and compliance into architecture guidance.
• Deep expertise in Zero Trust, security frameworks, and backend security design patterns.
• Experience representing security in architecture review boards and governance committees.
• Excellent documentation skills with architecture diagrams and executive-level narratives.
