Staff Security Engineer, Security Incident Response

📋 Description

• Serve as incident manager and technical escalation point for high-severity events.
• Design and build AI-assisted and automated systems for triage, investigation, containment.
• Own readiness programs including tabletop exercises and incident gamedays.
• Advance threat hunting and insider risk capabilities.
• Plan, sequence, and deliver multi-quarter initiatives to mature capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and partner with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading complex, high-severity security incidents.
• Experience building AI-assisted or agentic automation for security.
• Strong software engineering skills in production tooling.
• Experience owning security program or capability roadmap.
• Understanding of cloud-native, SaaS, identity-driven attacks.
• Experience with tabletop exercises and gamedays.
