📋 Description

• Define and execute a multi-year SecOps roadmap.
• Architect and own the SecOps toolchain (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR).
• Drive scalable threat detection across cloud, endpoint, and identity.
• Own incident response end-to-end with runbooks and reviews.
• Lead GDPR/NIS2 compliance with GRC and Legal.
• Mentor engineers and raise SecOps standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in information security; 7+ in SecOps.
• Hands-on with SIEM/SOAR at scale (Chronicle, Splunk, Elastic, XSOAR).
• Cloud security across GCP/AWS with IAM monitoring.
• MITRE ATT&CK and MITRE D3FEND expertise for detection.
• Lead major incident response and cross-functional war rooms.
• Proficient in Python or Bash for automation; GDPR/NIS2 experience.
