Staff Security Risk & Compliance Program Manager - Access Management

📋 Description

• Own strategic direction and roadmap for internal access management.
• Lead machine and workload identity; enable S2S authentication and AI-agent access.
• Own the Access Management Standard, metrics, and executive reporting cadence.
• Define and track program OKRs; drive monthly execution and reviews.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with engineering, platform, and identity teams.
• Integrate with GRC and partner functions to maintain a coherent access posture.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in security program management or IAM; 3+ years leading enterprise-scale access programs.
• Deep expertise in IAM: least privilege, separation of duties, RBAC/ABAC, JIT, PAM.
• Working knowledge of machine/workload identity and AI-agent access patterns.
• Strong security engineering across cloud infra (GCP/AWS/Azure) and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with identity platforms/tools (Okta; JIT tooling) and production access controls.
• Tooling/Automation: integrate access with GRC and orchestration; automate decisions.
