📋 Description

• Design experiences that turn discovery into acquisition, engagement into advocacy, and happy
• Explore and shape new ways for people to connect with their financial lives, from profiles and
• Rethink how people invite others to Wealthsimple, including seamless, real-world experiences like
• Shape high-visibility campaigns like Monthly Millionaire and Match, creating experiences that reach
• Prototype, launch, measure, learn, and iterate. Know when to double down, when to pivot, and when
• Own the experience end-to-end. Move fluidly from discovery and strategy to interaction design

🎯 Requirements

• Growth design experience. Designed consumer experiences across acquisition, activation, engagement
• An experimentation mindset. Comfortable with A/B testing, funnels, and product metrics.
• A point of view on social. Curious about what makes products engaging, shareable, and trustworthy.
• Exceptional product craft. Strong UX and visual design skills, particularly in consumer mobile
• A bias for action. Comfortable with ambiguity, moves quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Strong collaboration skills. Communicates clearly, works naturally with Product, Engineering, and
