Staff ServiceNow Platform Lead

📋 Description

• Own the ServiceNow strategy and multi-year roadmap for Zoox.
• Hands-on development, config, and architecture on ServiceNow.
• Lead a managed services vendor's daily ops; ensure SLAs and roadmap.
• Mentor two ServiceNow contractors; align work with standards.
• Own vendor governance: RFPs, contracts/SOW, onboarding, performance, standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ yrs ServiceNow; 5+ yrs architecture; hands-on flows/scripting/integrations.
• Deep ServiceNow know-how: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IntegrationHub, dev.
• Proven MSP/SI partner governance for large-scale platforms.
• Strong vendor mgmt: SOW/SLA, performance reviews, escalations.
• History presenting platform roadmaps to executives.
• Certs: CSA and CAD; CTA preferred; ITSM/HAM/Discovery certs.
