Staff Silicon Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead custom silicon productization for ASICs and domain-specific architectures through bring-up to
• Define system-level test content and hardware strategy: create test workloads and production
• Lead RMA and field failure investigations: root-cause analysis using telemetry and lab data
• Execute hands-on silicon debug and production readiness: set operating limits and screening criteria
• Optimize yield and product health: data mining to identify failure signatures and yield limiters
• Silicon bring-up and characterization: collaborate with architecture, validation, and supplier teams

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics
• 10+ years in product engineering, silicon bring-up, characterization, yield debugging, or SoC/ASIC
• Experience defining or deploying system-level test, platform validation, and production screening
• Experience debugging silicon or system failures using data, logs, schematics, and traces
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, MATLAB, or equivalent data analysis tools
• Experience with AI/ML accelerators or domain-specific architectures (preferred)
