Staff SIP Engineer

📋 Description

• Grow and manage a distributed cloud-based VoIP platform
• Optimize FreeSWITCH and Kamailio for performance and reliability
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain voice platform services
• Monitor VoIP network performance; implement QoS improvements
• Troubleshoot VoIP issues including call quality and signaling
• Develop Golang-based microservices and containers for the voice ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing and supporting large-scale VoIP networks
• Certifications in Kamailio or OpenSIPS
• Kubernetes operations: deployments, services/ingress, Helm/Kustomize, autoscaling
• Experience with MOS/RTCP analytics or call-quality tooling
• Programming in Go, Java, or C
• Cloud production experience (Google Cloud preferred)
