Staff Site Reliability Engineer, Federal (TS/SCI)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate large-scale cloud infrastructure and production services.
• Lead on-call rotation for highly available customer-facing systems.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews for systemic improvements.
• Define, measure, and improve SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve availability, scalability, and performance.
• Build self-service platforms and automation to boost velocity and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Large-scale production services experience in AWS and/or GCP.
• Kubernetes production experience; networking/storage troubleshooting.
• Terraform and Helm (IaC) experience.
• Go and/or Python software engineering skills.
• Experience building automation and internal platforms.
• Experience operating distributed data platforms (PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch).
