• Extensive professional experience in site reliability engineering, infrastructure engineering
• Staff-level technical leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to influence architecture
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, production operations
• Experience designing and operating highly available and scalable production systems.
• Strong expertise in observability, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and troubleshooting
• Proven ability to identify systemic technical problems and develop durable, scalable solutions
