Staff+ Site Reliability Engineer, Safeguards ML Infra

📋 Description

• Lead production change management at scale for safeguards infra
• Own deploy pipelines, config mgmt, and rollout safety across platforms
• Automate launch processes; turn runbooks into repeatable pipelines
• Contribute to on-call rotations and incident response for safety systems
• Collaborate across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and model launches
• Build tooling to reduce operational toil and improve readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Python; Rust a plus
• Experience deploying and operating on cloud platforms at scale
• Strong ownership of production releases and launch readiness
• Background in deployment pipelines and config management
• Track record of automating manual processes
• 8+ years of software/SRE experience is a plus
