Staff SLT Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the development and deployment of SLT hardware and software solutions for silicon bring-up and
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable manufacturing deployment and yield learning.
• Drive test content creation, automation frameworks, diagnostics, telemetry, and data analysis tools.
• Define test coverage, screening strategies, and manufacturing test methodologies.
• Partner with OSATs, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to transfer SLT solutions into production.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in System-Level Test, production test, characterization, or post-silicon validation of
• Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, Tcl, Shell, Perl or similar).
• Solid understanding of semiconductor fundamentals, testability, observability, and test
• Ability to lead technical projects, coordinate cross-functional activities, and manage risk.
• Experience with OSATs, contract manufacturers, and high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field.
