Staff Software Applications Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise integrations with APIs and middleware
• Partner with Finance to translate requirements into AI/automation using AI/ML and RPA
• Eliminate manual spreadsheet dependencies and improve data integrity across finance workflows
• Embed cybersecurity best practices into code for SOX, audit, and internal controls
• Enforce engineering standards: clean code, tests, QA automation, and bug remediation

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational AI/ML understanding and ability to position AI-driven solutions
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, integrations, or enterprise apps
• Strong finance systems background with modernizing finance processes
• Deep expertise in APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns
• Proven experience delivering AI, automation, or intelligent process transformation solutions
• Solid understanding of SOX, audit, cybersecurity awareness, and internal controls
