Staff Software Assurance Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive software processes aligned with ASPICE and ISO 26262.
• Plan and execute internal audits for ASPICE/ISO 26262 conformance.
• Own audit findings register; drive corrective action closure.
• Develop, automate, and maintain software quality reports.
• Drive the Software Quality Deficiency Management process.
• Lead analysis for critical quality issues and verification escapes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in software QA, QA engineering, or QMS/process management.
• Experience in a safety-critical domain (e.g., automotive, aerospace, robotics).
• Strong QMS knowledge; ASPICE and ISO 26262 Part 6.
• Hands-on process audits and structured root cause analysis.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence for deficiency management.
