📋 Description

• Lead the design and end-to-end delivery of complex features for Loopio's web platform — from
• Go beyond writing Python or Java: design and ship reusable frameworks and shared libraries that
• Drive architectural decisions and system-level thinking, influencing design and execution across
• Proactively build tooling and safeguards that prevent bugs before they reach customers — because
• Contributing to Loopio’s AI roadmap by evaluating third-party models, establishing patterns for
• Drive the technical design discussions and facilitate technical decision-making, driving consensus

🎯 Requirements

• You are still hands-on. You ship production code every week while setting technical direction.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of designing
• Deep experience leading architectural discussions, influencing cross-team technical decisions, and
• Strong backend/API experience in Python, Java or PHP, with a track record of designing APIs as
• Hands-on experience building and operating cloud infrastructure like AWS or Azure.
• Frontend development experience with a solid understanding of React and JavaScript.
