Staff Software Developer - Integration (Remote First)

📋 Description

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce integration and data strategy.
• Define data ownership and ERD-based data models.
• Collaborate with core engineering on system boundaries and standards.
• Design scalable integration patterns with retries and observability.
• Replace no-code flows with robust, code-based integrations.
• Establish a CI/CD pipeline for integration, with configuration-as-code.
• Lead change management with IT, Product, and stakeholders.
• Set the direction on modern integration technologies and practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Salesforce platform experience in a complex custom-object environment.
• Production TypeScript experience.
• Relational database experience (Postgres).
• Experience building integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Practical distributed-systems experience: idempotency, retries, dead-lettering, backfills, reconciliation, eventual consistency.
• Practical experience with integration technologies: REST, SOAP, Webhooks.
• Strong relational data modeling/ERD design; comfortable with Postgres or equivalent.
• Salesforce metadata in source control + CI/CD (scratch orgs, sandboxes, deployment automation).
