📋 Description

• Define and evolve technical architecture for safe, scalable, reusable capabilities across teams.
• Lead architectural decisions via reviews and RFCs with hands-on collaboration.
• Own features and end-to-end architectural improvements from design to build using modern tech.
• Lead proofs-of-concept that inform roadmap and architecture decisions.
• Tackle complex challenges like third-party extensibility and real-time multi-user synchronization.
• Partner with QA, Product, Security, and SMEs to ensure observability and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with impact beyond a single team.
• Deep experience with .NET and C#, SME on .NET.
• Design and evolve shared platforms/infrastructure used by multiple teams.
• Experience delivering cloud-native systems on AWS; scalability, reliability, security, cost management.
• Strong containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server.
