📋 Description

• Develop automation frameworks and automate test cases for the various features of Zscaler Client
• Expand automation coverage and infrastructure to improve quality and efficiency of testing
• Understand requirements, develop exhaustive test plans, execute manual and automated test cases
• Deliver a high-quality robust product in a fast-paced environment
• Work closely with Development, Product Management, and cloud Operations teams from design to
• Recreate complex customer and production reported issues to determine root cause and verify the fix

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or
• 5+ years’ experience as Software QA Engineer working on VPN related products or network traffic
• Proficient programming skills (Python preferred) and hands-on experience developing automation
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP stack, ICMP/UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, DNS and DHCP
• Proficient in networking fundamentals (L3, L4, L7), Proxies, Firewalls, Routers, and Load Balancers
