Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead a product squad while remaining hands-on in software development, setting direction, defining
• Deliver features end to end, from database schemas and GraphQL resolvers through React components
• Build and maintain shared platform foundations including authentication, permissions
• Complete and refine the React Native mobile experience to deliver a consistent standard across web
• Design and maintain reliable background workflows supporting scheduling, payments, integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building production software, or 6+ years with an exceptionally strong track
• Strong TypeScript and React expertise, with solid software engineering fundamentals and the ability
• Experience moving between backend and frontend concerns, including schemas, resolvers, components
• React Native or Expo experience, or demonstrated ability and willingness to develop mobile
• Experience leading a small engineering team, significant technical initiative, or product
• Strong understanding of when to use AI coding agents and when their output requires additional
