Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design and delivery of reliable AI systems automating workflows and value.
• Lead multi-team projects from problem to rollout and ongoing support.
• Define roadmaps, designs, trade-offs, milestones, aligned with goals.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, data platforms.
• Hands-on coding, design reviews, testing, performance tuning, observability.
• Drive CI/CD, test automation, monitoring, and production readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software engineering, including senior or staff-level.
• Hands-on experience designing agentic solutions and AI-powered platforms.
• Deep expertise in system design, reliability, observability, and cloud-native deployment.
• Strong programming in Java, Scala, Python, or similar backend tech.
• Experience with databases, messaging, caching, and platforms like PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redis, Kafka.
• Proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives; strong product and business judgment.
