Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, architecture, and delivery of complex product initiatives for web and mobile.
• Build and enhance React and React Native apps for veterinary professionals.
• Set engineering standards, drive code quality, and ensure strong test coverage.
• Develop scalable components and shared libraries to boost team productivity.
• Mentor engineers and influence engineering direction across teams.
• Partner with CTO and leadership to define and execute high-impact solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering with ownership of complex systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Deep expertise in at least one modern language and web frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React, with front-end architecture.
• Design scalable systems, APIs, and data models.
• Relational databases and query optimization experience.
