Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build reliability components (rate limiters, DB tools, circuit breakers, Redis caching).
• Troubleshoot production issues; optimize PostgreSQL; keep distributed systems performant under high load.
• Lead incident investigations; identify root causes and mitigations; long-term fixes by owning teams.
• Create scalable tools and frameworks to help teams build resilient services.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development and automation.
• Share knowledge, review designs, set high reliability standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Java/JVM expertise; scalable, high-performance backends; open to other languages.
• Distributed systems concepts: HA, CAP, fault tolerance.
• PostgreSQL and Redis experience.
• Docker and Kubernetes in cloud-native environments.
• RabbitMQ or Kafka experience.
• Independent, self-motivated with strong critical thinking.
• Strong English communication in international teams.
