Lead investigations during incidents: identify root causes and mitigation options
Create scalable tools and frameworks to help other teams
Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and automate tasks
Influence reliability best practices through reviews and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

Java/JVM backend expertise for scalable systems
Distributed systems knowledge: HA, CAP, fault tolerance
PostgreSQL and Redis experience
Docker and Kubernetes experience
RabbitMQ or Kafka experience
Independent worker with strong critical thinking and English communication
