Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Establish yourself as the subject-matter expert (SME) for your product domain, and become the go-to
• Oversee product quality for your domain, ensuring quality across domains and product/integration
• Be a collaborative team player who can lead and deliver fullstack services with high availability
• Partner with M3/M4 managers and collaborate across engineers, product owners, and designers to

• Architect, design, develop, deploy, and operate services that serve start-ups to enterprise clients

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in software development, with substantial fullstack (frontend and backend)
• Strong foundational knowledge of modern, distributed computing
• Proven track record of understanding the performance of large-scale services, quantitatively and in
• Working experience around a breadth of datastores including MySQL, NoSQL, Redis or Elasticsearch
• Efficiency in software best practice and tools like Git, Docker, CI, 12factor, etc
• Previous experience in designing and scaling microservice architecture
