🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Python
• Expert-level proficiency in AWS infrastructure
• Expert-level proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React/NextJS) for complex enterprise
• Proven experience shaping technical direction of multiple teams and establishing engineering
• Track record of securing endorsement for 6-12 month initiatives and driving them to production
