Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Write and review architectural plans for new projects, then participate in implementation with the
• Champion a good mix of proven and cutting-edge technologies and methods, including AI adoption.
• Serve as a mentor and guide to engineers across the organization.
• Perform code reviews and mentor others to perform good code reviews.
• Deliver reliable, high-quality software that exceeds customer expectations and aligns with business
• Build strong partnerships with product managers, designers, and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills (TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with AI engineering: LLM applications, RAG, vector search, embedding models.
• Depth in multimodal embeddings/search, agent orchestration (LangGraph, LangChain), model
• Fast learner with high agency, AI-native development environment experience.
• Marketplace or multi-sided platform experience highly desirable.
