🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years in software development, incl. 2+ years in Principal/Staff leadership.
  • Experience building cloud-native distributed systems on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud/OCI.
  • Expertise in Java, Python, Node.js, or Ruby/Rails.
  • Microservices, API design, Kubernetes, Docker, messaging systems.
  • Frontend: React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • AI-powered apps with LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, or vector DBs.
  • AI-assisted tools: Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf.
