Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve end-to-end architecture across frontend (web), mobile, backend services, and data
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems supporting millions of users and sensitive
• Define and drive adoption of architectural patterns, lead design reviews, and author RFCs for
• Build modern web applications using React and TypeScript, defining frontend architectural standards
• Influence architecture for mobile applications (iOS/Android/React Native), including offline
• Design and maintain high-performance APIs (REST and event-based) and durable SQL/NoSQL data models

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with meaningful ownership of full stack systems in
• Proven success leading complex initiatives across frontend, backend, and/or mobile domains
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript across backend and frontend
• Deep experience building modern web applications using React
• Experience with mobile applications (native iOS/Android and/or React Native)
• Strong understanding of frontend performance, accessibility, and scalable UI architecture
