• Strong cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Advanced PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle DB skills
• System architecture and performance tuning for scaling apps
• Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) with Jira or GitHub leadership
