📋 Description

• Own a domain: product surface, platform area, or capability.
• Set roadmap and make technical and product calls.
• Build platforms/tools adopted by multiple teams and scaled.
• Make architecture decisions that span teams and are hard to reverse.
• Define AI patterns and evals to ensure safe, useful output.
• Partner with product, design and data as equals.

• Shipped production systems for multiple years; bring strong opinions.
• Own a domain across teams and drive technical/product bets.
• Experience building with AI and scalable AI patterns.
• Able to influence architecture and platform choices across teams.
• Mentor and coach senior engineers; partner with PM, design, data.
