🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of software engineering experience with leadership.
• Experience driving architecture across multiple services or teams.
• Deep distributed systems and cloud-native architecture expertise.
• Influence platform evolution and raise engineering standards.
• Mentor senior engineers and produce cross-team design docs.
• CS/IT degree preferred; outcomes matter. Nice to have: AI/LLM infra.
