Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and ship integration apps hosted inside third-party platforms (major HRIS, enterprise service
• Own full lifecycle: platform SDKs, app frameworks, tenancy/installation models, marketplace
• Build internal tooling and agentic projects supporting the org (scaffolding, verification, agents)
• Identify internal workflows an agent can carry end-to-end, build tooling, guardrails, verification
• Sharpen own agentic development workflow and turn what works into team practices
• Design and build APIs consumed by third-party systems with versioning, backward compatibility, rate

🎯 Requirements

• Staff-level engineer: high-output individual contributor raising output of everyone around you
• Deep experience in complex, distributed, service-based systems; reason about failure modes, data
• Strong across stack: Python, Go, Node/JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Postgres, NoSQL (e.g.
• Comfortable moving between problem domains; pick up unfamiliar codebases/business areas quickly
• Genuinely like experimenting with new technology; build rough prototypes, be honest about fit
• Serious integration experience with third-party platforms (quirky APIs, undocumented behavior
