Design, build, and operate backend services and APIs to support robotic platforms and workflows.
Architect service capabilities: remote config, software updates, workflows, telemetry ingestion.
Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests in CI pipelines.
Drive CI/CD, observability, and release practices with small, high-confidence deployments.
Ensure documentation, health endpoints, and uptime monitoring for services/APIs.
Collaborate with embedded, infra, and product teams to deliver reusable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

Strong backend experience with Java, Go, or Python.
Experience designing REST or GRPC APIs with clear contracts and versioning.
Strong PostgreSQL relational DB experience and transactional design.
Experience with automated testing, Gitlab CI/CD, and AWS deployment for backend services.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS.
Understanding of distributed systems, reliability, observability, and incident response.
