Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build backend services for distributed data streaming and processing
• Build Kafka-based pipelines feeding ClickHouse
• Own data modeling and performance in ClickHouse
• Partner with product/platform to shape telemetry ingestion
• Kubernetes, DevOps and production ownership
• Own observability with metrics, logs, tracing and alerts

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years backend software engineering
• 4+ years designing and operating distributed systems
• 3+ years Kubernetes in production (Helm and CI/CD)
• 3+ years Kafka or equivalent streaming
• On-call and production ownership
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field
