🎯 Requirements

10-14 years of software development experience, 5+ years with cloud-native and AI-native systems
3+ years with LLM prompt engineering, agent design, and retrieval systems (RAG)
3+ years integrating AI/ML services (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, etc.)
2+ years developing on the ServiceNow platform
Proficiency in JavaScript/GlideScript, Python, and Java
Understanding of ServiceNow data model and workflow design
