📋 Description

• Set the technical direction for model-driven capability across the HR domain, including agentic and
• Own AI architecture: agent decomposition, reasoning, context assembly, tool exposure, and autonomy
• Define the autonomy boundary as domain policy: which HR actions agents may take, which require
• Own the shared instruction and tool description surface as a versioned contract with upgrade-safe
• Build evaluation infrastructure: golden datasets, multi-turn suites, judge calibration, CI gates
• Ensure production quality and safety: observability for containment, hallucination rate

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering with a record of technical direction adopted beyond immediate team.
• Direct, hands-on experience authoring agentic instructions and prompts, designing autonomous
• Production experience with LLM APIs, retrieval-grounded features, agent orchestration, tool
• Entitlement-aware data handling: per-user access enforcement in retrieval and tool layers, scope
• Evaluation experience used by other engineers: dataset curation, judge calibration, CI gating
• Strong system design, APIs, data modeling, and testing across front-end, server-side, and
