📋 Description

• Build AI-native capability across IT service management, including agentic behavior features and
• Design AI-driven autonomous workflows by decomposing ITSM processes into executable steps and
• Author and maintain agentic instructions as engineering artifacts, including system instructions
• Build automated evaluation and testing for non-deterministic behavior, including golden datasets
• Design conversational experiences across channels (chat and voice), managing context, hand-offs
• Specify precisely and direct AI coding agents, converting requirements into testable specifications

🎯 Requirements

• Production track record of building, shipping, and operating production software, including
• Direct experience authoring agentic instructions and prompts, designing AI-driven autonomous
• Experience integrating large language model APIs and retrieval-grounded features, including agent
• Demonstrated ownership of a complex domain or subsystem end-to-end.
• Strong command of data structures, algorithms, system design, APIs, data modeling, and testing
• Working command of applied machine learning concepts including evaluation, embeddings, and
