Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on technical leadership in the development team
• Lead a small team of software engineers as an IC and mentor
• Own design and execution of development tasks to meet business goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and release plans
• Build cloud-enabled products across the stack using modern frameworks

• Exceptional communication and initiative in a multi-region remote-first environment
• Adaptability and pragmatic problem-solving; pivot as requirements change
• Serverless architecture with AWS SAM/Lambda
• NoSQL DynamoDB design and usage; no relational DBs
• Architecture and design of microservices and bounded contexts
• API design and messaging with REST API, EventBridge/SNS, OAuth, and webhooks
• Tooling with GitHub Actions for CI/CD
• Full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js and APIs
