Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead delivery of complex engineering initiatives while driving predictable execution and long-term
• Architect and implement highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems using AWS
• Architect and lead greenfield projects from concept to production, bringing structure to ambiguous
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across multiple systems and services while
• Evaluate emerging technologies, cloud services, and engineering practices to improve platform
• Lead architecture and design reviews for complex cross-team systems and platform capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade, internet-scale
• Strong proficiency in modern backend technologies including GoLang, Python, and Node.js
• Deep hands-on AWS experience across services such as EKS, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, S3, SQS/SNS
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL/Aurora and MongoDB including schema design, indexing, and
• Verified skill in developing and maintaining distributed, highly available, fault-tolerant systems
• Experience deploying observability and monitoring solutions using tools such as CloudWatch
