📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership across teams and projects
• Design, evolve, and support backend systems in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, REST
• Influence long-term technical strategy and platform health
• Identify and mitigate technical/operational risk
• Clarify technical decisions and trade-offs in high-impact situations
• Uphold code quality, security, observability, and documentation standards

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience building and leading software systems (15+ years typically)
• Advanced proficiency in Ruby on Rails and backend system design
• Proficiency in React/React Native
• Strong understanding of full-stack architecture and scalable backends
• Experience with PostgreSQL and REST APIs in production
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud-hosted infrastructure
