Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end initiatives to improve developer tooling and environments
• Improve productivity tools and self-serve workflows for internal teams
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Release Engineering, Security and product teams
• Contribute to AI-based workflows for productivity and infra automation
• Drive adoption through documentation and cross-team collaboration
• Measure impact with metrics like lead time and incidents

🎯 Requirements

• Production services experience in Python and/or Go
• Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and core primitives (IAM
• Experience building developer productivity tooling (CI, build tooling, developer portals, workflow
• Track record leading ambiguous, cross-team technical projects to completion
• Strong communication and engineering judgment
• Experience with Kubernetes/platform abstractions; IaC (Terraform/OpenTofu) and reusable modules
