🎯 Requirements

Extensive experience designing and operating highly available distributed backend systems.
Proven success leading technical initiatives across multiple teams.
Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, and engineering practices.
Experience with microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, DBs, AWS; Java valued.
CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containerisation, observability, and testing.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; typically 10+ years delivering cloud-native software.
