Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop, estimate, and deliver full-stack features across front-end, server, and DB tiers.
• Architect Azure-based cloud-native solutions that scale under real-world demand.
• Lead engineers, set technical direction, and mentor others.
• Configure no/low-code bank connectors to banks.
• Own delivery pipelines, feature flags, and deployment processes for reliability.
• Ensure high quality with rigorous unit, integration, and security testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS or equivalent; 8+ years of hands-on development.
• Expert in ASP.NET Core and C#, with Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio.
• Extensive Azure services experience and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Strong Angular with TypeScript skills; solid TDD/BDD.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and improve practices.
• Excellent collaboration and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
