🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering, full-stack or backend, high-scale systems
• Experience building data-driven, scalable systems
• Technical leadership; strong architectural direction and debt management
• Strong fundamentals in software design, data structures, algorithms
• Self-starter with clear communication and collaboration
