Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Set the technical vision and strategy for the Global Support Platform.
• Drive AI/ML adoption to optimize support workflows.
• Lead engineers; maintain a high bar for technical excellence.
• Own the technical roadmap from concept to delivery; manage cross-team dependencies.
• Drive responsible AI tool adoption; mentor engineers to boost productivity and quality.
• Improve observability, performance, and reduce tech debt; extend impact beyond team.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years backend experience with large-scale production systems.
• Experience setting tech direction; architecture docs; cross-stakeholder alignment and leading initiatives.
• Designing/operating distributed systems: microservices, event-driven architectures, high-throughput APIs.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, C#, or similar; performance and concurrency.
• Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure; Kubernetes, Docker, cri-o.
• Nice to have: Full-stack versatility; frontend ownership when needed.
