Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own test strategy for Graphcore’s next-gen drivers
• Shape validation of complex device drivers and platform tools
• Design/build/test across component, system, and acceptance levels
• Debug issues using hardware, simulators, and emulators
• Hands-on technical leadership to protect production quality
• Collaborate with driver developers, hardware, firmware, ML stack, and cloud teams

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience validating Linux kernels, drivers, or similar systems
• Strong C++ and Python test development skills
• Experience with CI/CD, build tools, automated testing
• Ability to debug complex issues across hardware to software layers
• Proven ownership of work, priorities, delivery in agile setting
• Clear communication to document and explain complex concepts
