Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and ship full-stack products across insurance lifecycle.
• Build AI-native underwriting systems that synthesize risk.
• Create claims tooling to automate review and document processing.
• Develop internal platforms for teams handling premiums and healthcare spend.
• Build member-facing products with AI and real-time workflows.
• Own projects end-to-end: architecture, backend, frontend, AI, deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience shipping full-stack products (Python, Postgres, TS, React/React Native)
• Excellent product and engineering judgment in ambiguous environments
• Ability to independently own large systems from idea to production
• High standards for execution, velocity, and code quality
• Nice to have: regulated industry experience (healthcare, fintech)
