📋 Description

• Identify and lead the most consequential technical initiatives across Acquisition Engineering, from
• Set technical direction for cross-team systems, including architecture, platform boundaries
• Partner with GTM Engineering, Salesforce, Onboarding, and Adoption to simplify handoffs and improve

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of technical leadership across
• Demonstrated ability to identify and drive ambiguous, cross-cutting problems to resolution without
• Deep experience designing, building, and operating large-scale backend or full-stack systems in
• Strong product and business judgment, with the ability to connect technical investments to customer
• Proven ability to influence across engineering, product, and business stakeholders without direct
